Bangladesh Regd vehicles have Dhaka Metro written on the Regn plates. (Bangladesh HC is a few blocks away from my house).

Red plates with Yellow letters are usually Bhutan Regd vehicles IIRC.

IMO kolkata is getting flooded with BMWs these days.

Haha. I lived in Cal from '91 to '96, and I still remember how rare it was to see a Merc. After that I shifted to Bombay, and at least to me then, it seemed like they were everywhere! Glad to know that Cal also is moving in that direction

With the number of vehicles hitting the roads of Calcutta on a daily basis & with the increase in traffic jams dont know in which direction things are heading!

Porsche Cayenne spotted!!!

Spotted this Cayenne in front of me near the Bhawanipur Cemetery area going towards AJC Bose Road Flyover in the evening...man it's huge...I mean it's impossibly big...there was a Pajero behind it which looked like a small car...I impossibly wide and equally tall. The tires are the biggest I've ever seen on an car ever. My gf otherwise would have killed me if I was trying to take pics of any other car on the road...even she got excited and I even convinced her to take a few pics of the vehicle.

Note: Kindly excuse the amazing photography.

Yep it sports quad exhausts...the color of the car looked like black to me but not sure since it was at the night time so could be some other color. There are no Porsche logos or anything at the rear...only way to identify the vehicle is to look at the Porsche "shield" on the massive wheel fitted on the back door.

AC Cobra

It is an AC Cobra kit car. And the 6 series is a 650 convertible.
Even I have seen the Q7 in Dalhousie once.
