Sorry, but the X6 is butt ugly.

Seems like the new trend in SUVs these days. Reminds me of the buying spree of Q7s....luxury suv= Q7.

I think its just a passing fad though.

@gordon. X6 has a "hate me love me" design. Some find it very ugly and some just drool over it. I am in the later category. It is seriously a treat to watch "in flesh" and not in pics.

Atleast the Q7 was and continues to be incredible. The X6 was and is just plain hideous, and I feel it sells just because it's new and has the novelty factor.

Is the Q7 still the best luxury SUV? I think it has got a little outdated by now. The 4.2 is brilliant, no doubt. But the 3.0 is the slowest in its segment. Q7 was my favourite SUV but now I tend to like the X6 more especially with its y-spoke alloys. I think the novelty factor is an important when it comes to luxury cars and that's one of the reasons for the good sales of X6.

I still like the looks and imposing presence of the Q7 more than any other SUV. Novelty factor might be important to Bollywood, maybe

Had spotted the "snow flake alloy" x6 a month back on vidyasagar setu,i guess this is the same unless there are 2 of them.
oh also had seen a 6 series convertible a month back to.Was dark coudnt make out colour.

You must have seen the black TN registered convertible. That has some presence! I had posted a picture a long time back!

There is another one of the same colour which is a bit old(WB-06-C-XXXX) and it stays near Hungerford street. So thats close to "Park Strt." Infact I saw it today. (2 X6s of the same colour spotted in the same day. Lucky me.).

BTW how is the performance of the X6 compared to the Q7. Is it faster?
So how many X6 are there in Kolkata?

I guess they are only 2 x6 both maroon!.About perfomance depends on the engine,there is the 3.0d which is the best seller,the 5 l petrol and the manic x6m with 555bhp!
