Supercars & Imports : Kolkata

The only sl 63 amg in kolkata is grey in colour.Just hope someone buys the black one too,or is it just a brand showcasing exercise?
When i had passed by the showroom it had the usual cls and slk.

Nice pic of the Q7 planet rocker,looks brilliant in black.

Toureg..Woohoo. Sexy!!! Even I wish someone gets the Black AMG.

Guys there is one more thing I had to share. There are two VW Beetles in the same road near Xaviers back gate. The blue one(Which i had clicked once) is in the same building which has the 7 series and the mercs. And there is another one (White) which resides right in the opposite blue building. I got a glimpse of it a few days back when they opened their main gate. They also have Merc. Dont know which model.

Saw the Black SL AMG on my way to office, looks menacing to say the least.

Yesterday night spotted a blue LR Freelander parked a few metres after the New Alipore Marks & Glix showroom.

The Black SL63AMG is displayed at a corner opposite the silver car. It is nearly impossible to spot it if you are not careful. Displayed at the extreme Left Hand Corner of the showroom. Looks devilish in Black.

i never knew Infinity (makers of TRASH) did make some good cars. here is one of them...the Q45, an old model. probably the top spec with auto tranny, climate control, cruise control & V8/V6.

its newly registered.

First of all,its spelled as Infinti,not Infinity.Secondly,addressing all Infinitis as 'TRASH' is taking things a bit too far,considering the fact that Nissan makes really good cars.That apart,nice catch.

I would not agree with your "Makers of Trash" statement. In the family we have owned a Q45 and the car was at par with any other Japanese car, i considered it better than the Lexus and toyota of its time. Infiniti is a highend variant from the Nissan stable just like Lexus is for Toyota. I never had any trouble with the car and till the time we reluctanly sold it, the car served us very well.

Woohhooo!! What a catch!!! Saw a BLACK G-Class (or GL whatever they are called). It was HUGE!!! Was doing some speed on the AJC BOSE flyover. I even had a digicam today but by the time I took it out it gushed away.
It was brand new.

I think Infiniti is quite a well known and respected brand across the world. Considering that its a branch of Nissan, I doubt you can label them as trash makers. The Q45 was a sales disaster though. Quite a rare catch, I must say.

It might have been a GL. I doubt Mercedes sells the G-class here. If it was a GL, it must have been huge. I've seen a silver one and its properly large.

. I used to be very good with the Merc model names when I was a kid but somehow as i grew up just lost interest in them.

P.S- Just came back from a drive. Saw the silver Jaguar in the Topsia signal opposite Interkrafts. Seems like Sunday is a Supercar spotting day in Cal!! I am loving it.
