dont worry boys if it is retailing at 100k or 110 k it does not make a difference it would find its way to indian shores either from the dealership or otherwise. it should just catch an enthusiasts eye. give it a month or so and you shall hear on this very site " spotted an audi R8 in _ _ _ city" and we would be discussing the car.

Anyone who can put down 1 cr on an R8 car can put down 1.5 on a Gallardo. Both use the same engine with Gallardo winning on brand name, styling, snob value, HP. I do not think R8 will have a market in India unless people want something different.

trust me when i tell you everything finds a market in india. it should just be exclusive and have snob value. the gallardo are few but plenty in their own right. whats not there is the audi R8. so someone with money and wants to stand out in his or her elite circle would get it.

years nitin, no no months if it gets an entrance. its like the hummer h3 and the audi Q7 or the porsche cayyane. once they had someone import them then they became common. similar fate as the gallardo would be lived by the R8.

but roads here are very few where you can actually enjoy good cars with usage of their full potential. the brakes gets used to their full potential though.
