Great news,i wish i would be able to see it during this one year priod.
A question:
what about driving a LHD car in india's road?is it allowed?

the cars that were imported into india before the rules of import changed are allowed, no fresh import except via the carnet passage are allowed in left hand drive.
most of the vintage and classic cars are LHD. there is no trouble in driveing a LHD in the city and on the highways. you occasionaly have trouble in overtakeing but you get used to it.

I see,but doesnt it cause many accident and traffic problem on roads till the time they get used to it??

no not at all payam. it takes just ten mins to get used to it. the concept of driveing a RHD and a LHD is the same, it is only the overtakeing is what you have to get used too.

is this guy rajiv shah(posted long back on the forum)
who did the same with the diablo and dodge viper??
i belive he has done that with many other cars aswell

amatmo the viper is a bombay car and i believe it is sold now or atleast it was for sale. the diablo was brought down by his cousin and would stand at his place since his cousin also stays in the same place. that was in carnet. he had only done it with the diablo and no other car.
the SLR is on kuwait plates so i guess it would be someone else not rajiv.

can the carnet be renewed in india itself or does it have to back(in this case kuwait) thats if it can be renewed on the same car not sure ?
