ITS HERE !! The MEGA Mercedes SLR Mclaren in Mumbai

These are the pics which a Importer/Dealer from Mumbai sent me some years ago claiming that his friend(some singh) who has placed a booking for a LP640 has brought in a SLR under Carnet to use until the LP reaches his hands.And, These pics were clicked when it reached India(?). Incidently, This guy(the one who sent the mail) happens to be a Team-Bhpian too. I've been following this forum for quite some years now and never came across any info on a SLR which ever made it to our shores. I just stumbled upon these old pics when I was cleaning up my inbox today and posting it to confirm. Was it actually there or was the guy simply..Lying ! Huh !

Again, when I later inquired him about the LP, he said that is the one which crashed in Mumbai.(??)

Unfortunately there are no confirmed pics showing the existence of the SLR in India. Hence the topic remains locked till we have some confirmed news / pics.
