Thats a shame!!!

why don't one of you guys think about taking up a new project in the form of this countach!!

if not...i'd say it would make a perfect official TEAMBHP PROJECT with some people put together for whatever reasons viz finance, bodywork, drivetrain etc...

i am willing to put in my contribution...and if its a Chevy V8...cant be that hard to revive it...

just a suggestion...this is the closest one would come to real thing in india.

worth a thought???

Car sports a Corvette V8. But it was missing from the boot. The rear tyre was a massive 345 size one. Interiors were in a sad condition and very cramped. Speedo was calibrated to a top speed to 80 mph.

Here are some of the pics :

Was this the car featured in the film Rangeela in a scene where Jacki Shroff drops off Urmila at her house late in the night?

No I think the car in the Randeela movie was a Lotus Esprit, and not the countach. BUT I am surely INTERESTED IN THE COUNTACh replica. Anybody have ANY idea on the details of the car.

For the most part,Jackie's cars are taken care off well. Being an enthusiast,I'm pretty sure he cares for the cars in his garage. Didn't someone on the forum mention that the Espirit was sold a long time ago?

If I remember right, some time back, I came across an article in either an auto magazine or a film magazine that Jackie had sold off his Lotus Espirit and was planning on an Hummer.

Jakie usually like heavier cars which give a solid feel. He once said that his Lotus was fast but thats it. I have also seen him once driving a Optra AT LT. He also has a beautiful vintage Jaguar XK which he had being eying for long. Few years back he was also looking at a Buick estate with wooden body(similar to Buick Estate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) with a dealer from Mahim.

Arrgghhhh!! An Estate? The typical family-mover of the 70s,in the US. I thought Jackie was more into sports cars,or atleast decent performance cars. But the Buick?

He prefers more of muscle car power.
