Judging by the registration plate of the car... it seems to be almost an year old... unless this registration number was not transferred from some earlier car...

That is a pretty common phenomena ... almost all supercars i see parked on the street or at hotels have gaurds around them.

Waste of money for an S class. Yes.
But for others, No!

Anyways, reminds me of a few pics I clicked few days ago in the market close to my home. Hummer H2 guarded by policeman in uniform in 3 ambassador cars!

An S Class does cost 80lakhs so its not totally a waste. And besides, ur already drawing a lot of attention arriving in one... security car or not.

And whats wrong in havin someone to guard ur BMW M6?! Like u park it somewhere and its sure that lotsa people will gather around it wanting to take pic or touching it or so resulting in scratches. And no one would want those on their cars....

i could understand if it is a Rolls, Bentley or a Maybach but definately not a BMW M6. it is understandable for an S class or a 7 series they both come in the crore bracket. i find it a waste none the less if you need people to gaurd your car like it is some jewel in a museum. what are we to say their cars and their money so they have the right to do what they want.

the Hummer might belong to some politician or something, and they do use their power to the fullest.

I don't care about parking lots...give me guards for my M6 at the traffic lights with our array of window tappers!
