I had gone for a factory tour and I saw it being loaded into a truck, the operation being supervised by a foreigner. I asked my guide ( who was an engineer at the factory) whether it would go back to the US. He said no, it would either be sent to the mumbai yard, or be retained in the Maraimalainagar yard. Anyone knows what happened to it?

Oh and this trip was some time ago I saw a diffrent looking bodyshell inside the factory and asked him if it was that of the Fusion. He said yes and refused to divulge any other info.

yeah, my dad arranged for a factory tour. And no, they don't do tours normally. Only very occasionally if it is officially arranged by colleges. I went with my brother. Guess I just got lucky!
Actually I have written a detailed account of the whole production process in my diary. I'll post it if I have time.......
