Pics : The Official Yamaha R6 Thread.

Hi guys,

Just seen these 2004 R6's. Both the bikes were brand new and apparently for sale. The red one had an aftermarket exhaust whereas the blue one was a stock one.
Enjoy the pics :

Aha, just what I needed first day at work when I was making the list of goals for 2005.

Rtech, keep those bargaining skills ready...this machine is absolutely evil.

hey dippy,

you're right, there does seem to be a sudden influx of R6's these days. Its an awesome bike, one of the best 600's for street riding according to the mags.

I think dom had mentioned new R6's in Bangalore going at around 7 or so? However, I know someone who is getting his for 6. Ofcourse, being Bombay, these bikes would command a premium over here.

F50, that guy needs to brush up on his knowledge of motorcycles if he thinks the R6 is a girlie bike!! Its no R1, but still....

Why is there some black color on the frame of both the bikes??!!Are they custom made?!! I thought it was just Blue and White / Red and White for the R6 with no black color on them!!....
Looks hot though!!
And hey, R6 is no girlie bike.. OK, this guy has an R1... That lucky guy!!

Thats the way it came from the factory man. Powder coated black. This is the latest trend for most sportsbikes now. The CBR1000rr, R1, GSXR1000, ZX10r all have black frames.

Looks wicked IMO!
