I traced the car to its roots (where it stands at night). The car is from Marine Drive and hence the frequent spottings at Kemps Corner and Chowpatty.

Hey spotted this RX8 on Ghodbunder Road Thane. Had MP reg plate with all tinted windows. I was on my way to office in cab and cell phone in hand so please bare with quality of pictures

Nice catch!

But looks like you had jump all the way from the back seat of the Sumo Victa to the front to catch the RX8!

Lolzzz not actually jump from back to front as I was sitting in middle row I had stretch my hand once back and once forward.

BTW the Rims look stunning but was not able to click

hey I saw the same black RX-8 near Lilavati Hospital a couple of days back! Looked good but had a lot of strikers up front. Surprisingly, it wasn't loud enough. Couldn't manage to take pics as I was driving on the opposite lane.

I don't know much about the sound coz when I spotted the car the driver was driving it at may be 30-40 km/ph speed and my cab driver in his spanking new Victa was in no mood to slow down so that I could take some good pics.

But yes the car had some sticker work on front bumper and side fenders

Wow the black Rx 8 looks sweet. ANd the blue one looks even sweeter.
Seems to be a good car to import . The is also a red one down south and its not being used as it is faulted with some mechanical problem.

I have seen these both rx-8 a couple of times in Mumbai at Shivaji park and at Ghodbandar road in Thane.

B/W the pictures posted by 'Speedy' & 'viraj_s85', the Black RX8 is devoid of any Mazda Logo on its boot..
Wondering if a company will remove its logo as part of customisation, or a guy spending such moolah will rip off the logo himself to make his boot look clean.

BTW I just love RX8. Since it came out in the UK, I have always dreamt of owning one in Bright Yellow color some day.
