A person known to the owner of this beaut told me that the Ferrari stickers on either side are an "add-on" and cost 800 pounds!

Really? Were the original "stickers" stolen or something? I'm pretty sure the car comes with them, though I'm not 100% on that.

I have 0% clue about such things. I am just quoting what I was told. And I found it rather astonishing that a couple of stickers could cost 800 quid!

That 1" high side patti that runs across the doors on an innova costs 15,000Rs (192quid) if you buy it as an addon from toyota !! So 800quid for some stickers from ferrari isnt too far fetched. lol

The patti below the door handles, in-line with the badging behind the front tyre.

The 15k price was told to me 2 years ago by a salesman who said "sir, i feel embarrased to tell you... but its Rs. 15,000"... lol

Yes, the side stickers are really that expensive and are optional, they are called "Scuderia Shields" in the official brochure. Also, if you remember the 360 CS came with bonnet & roof stripes on it, guess what they cost?? Around 3.5k pounds! Yeah, 3.5k pounds for a couple of paint stripes!!

You cannot buy the schuderia sheilds as an after market if you havnt ordered them on the car from new cos they are bolted onto the wing by 3 screws which is almost impossible toget to unless you get new wings replaced.
You can get something simlar to them as an after market shields but they do not look like the real mcoy.
Yes they are about 800 for a pair as an option when ordering on a car.
But most F cars now come with the ceramic sheilds anyway as the dealers do encourage the customers to get em.

Only Enzo has them as standard.
