By the way, the 'power launch' you're referring to is called Launch Control. It's the simplest way of getting a modern Ferrari off the mark as quickly as possible.

I must also add that the idling of a Ferrari is remarkable! The way the a Ferrari burbles to life and then as you smash the throttle, the deep burble becomes a howl and then a scream! It's brilliant!
Actually those are 'Challenge' multispoke rims which you see on the F430 Challenge. But yes the 599 comes shod with a similar looking design. The second 430 in Goa I guess.

You have described the idling very well. I somehow like the stock exhaust note of the 430 more than aftermarket ones. Here I go again but I cant help signing off this post without mentioning again that nothing beats the sound of a Tubi Exhaust fitted F355. Sheer bliss

Oh yes it's all coming back to me now! The F430 Challenge also had the same wheels and the 360 Challenge Stradale was shod with a very similar set. Lovely wheels those, gives the Ferrari a rather busy look.

Speaking of Tubi Exhausts, there used to be a red Ferrari F430 here in Bangalore which had a Tubi setup (not entirely sure if they were Tubis) and they sound glorious! It almost makes you feel like a Forumla 1 car is going to take a turn into the road you're standing on, when you hear it from a distance! And the difference between the stock setup and Tubi setup is pretty evident as there used to be a Grey F430 Spyder along with the red one and the grey Ferrari's exhaust was stock.

Yes you are right. The red coupe did have an aftermarket exhaust and I have heard the grey F430 in person. I just loved the stock note from the grey Spider. Btw have you heard a 355 with Tubis?

I have personally heard a Ferrari F355 exhaust note in Bangalore but it's stock. Sounds glorious nevertheless. I've heard a F355 Berlinetta when I had been to Monaco once.

Is that you or your friend holding a cellphone at the end of the video? The person seems to be shocked after listening to the music of F430.

Somehow I like the Challenge rims more than the stock ones. I'm pretty sure this is a new arrival from Delhi as there was a similar car for sale there, not just saying it because of the DL reg.

I'm not a fan of modern Ferraris but I must add that the Challenge wheels look great on them! The 599 GTB and the F430! The 430 Scuderia wheels are alright. They could have looked a tad busy if you ask me!

The original 599 GTB Fiorano wheels (the ones that look like a Star) look like they're straight from the Devil's lair!

I think there is a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo in Goa. I distinctly remember watching a video of it.
