Real Estate boom everyone has become a builder

Now the important part is it sustainanble? As construction activity is sluggish out there now.

At the same time there is ton's of old money that kept a low key all these years some still continue to and I see most of these exotics being owned by the former (builders).

Looks like Res Margos and beyond is it? That area is great although water supply is an issue

I have seen this amazing row of red brick villas on the banks almost going into the water the only property that is on the sea side of the road, shopped around for similar strip always seems to be a challenge. Some UK based family owns it is it yours truley?

You mean Reis Magos? Looks like it. This must be the area between River Rays resort and Dolphin Bay Resort. I've seen some nice cars parked inside Dolphin Bay.

There is large scale corruption and selling of land to foreigners. Its a huge huge racket. We goans cannot buy a piece of land anywhere near the shore.

I had seen a Maybach at Goa Mariott sometime in 2006 Sept-Oct period. I used to go there to the pastry shop for tasting varieties and also for purchasing cigars (on discounts for only 1 hour period 9 - 10 PM).
I remember coming out of the pastry shop and saw a dark colored Mayback, not sure it belonged to whom but the darn driver didnt allow us to click it.

UK based doesn't mean 'foreigner'. But i agree with the corruption. its very sad to see the way things are moving in Goa. Just too much development! Anyway, You'll find this 911 at Dolphin Bay along with a Range Rover Vogue. Also, in a few weeks there will be a real nice addition.

OK so you own Dolphin Bay. Nice place. Been there once. Saw the cars there.

The day the rims were changed they gave a complete new look to the car. The old ones looked hideous.
