Its an opel vectra. was sold in india officially through opel. not an import.
But i guess it was imported as CBU in india.

the car did not sell that well. but i feel it was launched way ahead of its time. i had a chance of driving it once and man i must say that the gadgetery is good and the power and pick up is also decent.

its was priced quite heavily i must say

I completely agree. I have an X5 and i think its so much better looking and well proportioned. The back seat of the X6 is really cramped and there's no headroom because of that low roofline.

well not to sound rude or anything but when did bmw people say that the x6 is as practical as the x5 its a sports utility vehicle and not all sports cars are practical enough so this is the start of the sporty suvs...hence not that practical.

Start of sporty suv's... What about the cayenne, the Grand cherokee, etc?? those are all suv's that were clocking quicker 0-60's than most coupe such as the audi tt, clk... The cayenne has been around 7-8 years now.

Yes i know the guy with that LP. Lives in SDA. All his cars are white. He has replaced his white 650i. It shares space with a white Q7 and a white M5.

It was about time especially when UP's Behanji roams around in an entourage of around 6 silver Latest Lancruiser Prados shadowing the very PM's entourage. Were the Safaris bulletproofed? These X5s arent bulletproofed.

I believe the vehicles used by SPG have to meet certain standards they have.Hence they normally are heavily customized.Even these X5's would have to meet those standards and would have been customized.
