Those aren't aftermarket wheels. That's the Ferrari 599 GTB HGTE or Handling Gran Turismo Evoluzione. It's an optional package that's available for existing 599 owners and it comes with a stiffened and lowered suspension setup, tyres that offer better grip, upgraded electronics, improved throttle response, an improved 'box that enables quicker shifts and a louder exhaust system! Oh, and those wheels are 20"! EDIT: P.S. This package is available as an upgrade even on the 612 Scaglietti if I'm not mistaken. I love Ferraris with the HGTE package!
