It is an old pic and it does belong to AM. After the CF mods, it looks like this

How we all wish, but the truth is this is a private car and would be displayed outside the Showroom when V10 goes there

. Jaguar only gives test drives for the XF and XJ. XJ is more like a show the client as someone buying a car in this level would know what he is buying and test drive is not needed, features of the car are.

^^Okay, somebody from Tata who is looking after JLR told me so, thats why I was curious.

Speedy, I do understand the fact that someone who is making a purchase of such magnitude must be aware what he/she about to buy, but i still feel that nothing beats experiencing something first hand.

This is what my friend in JLR Bombay told me. The XK does not have a test drive car. Its pure display unit at the showroom.

I completly agree with you, I like the touch and feel too before i buy a car worth 70 grand, this is way beyond. In India it is rare to see someone self driving a crore car and generally they are chauffered. This is see as the main reason the cars are taken to show the Client the gizmos in the car and the rear seat comfort. I am sure if the client asks they would not be refused, afterall the Dealer does not want to annoy the client

Isn't requirement for cannonball 400hp??there is a z4 in second picture ,which i think has less than 400 horses..
