They most certainly did make the R8 V10 with a manual gearbox although I doubt any of them made it to india. Infact jezza is driving a stick shift R8 V10 when he reviews the car on top gear if you watch the show .

One was up for sale on jalopnik the last I saw. It had a gated shifter.

Ah, I stand corrected then.
But none made it to India, I believe. There are a bunch of manual V8s though.
