Yes most likely a case of busted suspension. The car has been lying at the porch for many years and is apparently used only on very rare occasions.

Probably not being used and hence the suspension sinks down gradually

Most likely an air suspension issue due to lack of usage. This can be a pain and very very expensive to fix most of the times. A lot of older S-Class' I think W220 and early W221's used to have this issue, and often used to be more expensive to fix than the prevalent value of the car after all those years.

The system does lose air overtime if standing but returns to normal after a startup. If it is actually broken then it's mainly BMW parts and surprisingly not very expensive to repair (speaking in relative terms).
