I see this 3 series almost everyday. Thought of taking a pic of it many times, but never did.

Lamborgini - Spotted in Chennai

On Saturday evening, i was driving down from Vellore and spotted a Lamborgini near Chennai (Poonamallee).

It had an Italian registration (Bologna, to be exact) and was driven by an Italian guy with both the window rolled down. Did not look as though they were testing the car as they were driving very slowly (thanks to the heavy traffic and badly battered roads). What is this car is doing in Chennai...?

Sorry for the poor quality of the photos , as i was clicking it in slow moving traffic with my BB8310.

This must have been the white Lambo that came for the track day. This should be in the Chennai supercars section though.

I'm going to cry!

Lamborghinis are famous for catching fire and Gallardos in particular but still!
I've heard that deploying the handbrake while parked is largely the culprit! It's always better to leave a Lamborghini in gear while parked!

@Ajay - Tried googling for this news but couldn't get any. Do you have any more details of this or a link with the details?

Sad, but true, that's the same Lambo that got charred in the Air Cargo complex.
