Yeah its a Celica of 1997 / 1998.

Looks like the right side reflector on the bumper has fallen off! Wonder how many thousands its gonna cost at BMW.

Yup. The rear fender even has three deep gashes!

Its too old but looks so good. Hence I think its completely re-done.

Wheels & tires - No doubts, they are very new.
