Is the A4 an import or classified as a domestic product?. And, what about the Montero?. I spotted these today.

The Audi A4 still counts as an import, doesn't it..?

That carrier on the Range Rover makes it look like an Innova. Spoils the look IMO.

@nickatnite - That RR Sport looks great... if only the roof rack was more subtle... it takes the edge out of the car's neat lines... btw, was the car TN regd? So far, I haven't seen any locally registered Sports.

@ Nickatnite,

Awwww, why spoil the Range Rover with the ugly roof carrier ??? It's not like most indian buyers of this luxury brand will take it long distance !

Awesome pics however. Parked cars without drivers/guards always allow photographic freedom.

ATV's in Chennai

ATV's showcased at the Chennai Trade Centre.Rides were available too for kids and adults at a fee.A course had been setup in the parking lot which included 2 camel humps. The 150cc bikes are for sale at 1.8 lacs each. The bikes are on display as a teaser to the opening of an "Offroad Sports Center" on ECR in a couple of months. The ride was kickass on the 150cc bike-lots of torque et al.
The bikes were imported from Taiwan.

Thanks-The Offroad Sports Center is the brainchild of one Mr.Sunder who was present at the venue-cudn't talk to him though. He is the one climbing down the hump(tracks+grey/yellow t-shirt) in the pic. Their website mentioned in the flyer is www.offroadecr.com-though it don't work yet.

What really works for me is keeping the nose out slightly and truning the front wheel full lock facing outside as this not only keeps moving object away, even people who love to lean on cars as they walk, by steer clear so as to not risk bumping into the tire and tripping this works everyday for me in a place like Mumbai and its crowded streets no need to put stones!
