With Vickers?? Are you sure he's selling an actual car rather than say a scale model of the same?? Knowing him, it won't be too surprising!!

P.S. AFAIK this car is available with the VV pump dealer, not with Vickers.

Try speaking with Mr B of Vickers & he would offer the Modena and the R8..as you already would be aware its normail practice to have dealers offering each others cars.

Yup that's normal practice but Mr. B is special. He often offers cars he dosen't even have any access to & some of which even the owners are not aware that they are on sale!! This has happened with a friend & a member who's cars pictures were used in his ad even though they were not for sale!!

Also, I tried to check out a "supposed" M3 for a friend which he "supposedly" had but despite numerous calls & attempts he never showed us the car giving one excuse or the other everytime. A little later I found out that the car has some serious problems which could not be sorted out & believe this or not, it wasn't an M3 but a 328ci with an M-body kit which he was trying to push off as an M3.

If I was in the market for a car leave alone something like the R8, he would be the last person I would turn to.

The car is owned by ________ a very passionate man who also had the first hse in delhi.... This car was standing along wid the f430 and rrs at my chachas place since sunny had some mcd problem... He even took these cars for a spin .. Couldnt make it there ..

The R8 now belongs to the bandra based construction company owners sons who have the gtr,lambo,conti gt,maserati,etc. All their car number plates have the same font. Rumor has it they are getting a Veyron too.

Best place to spot their cars is Trilogy every weekend. They roam around with almost half their garage and more bodyguards than the PM. Ridiculous !

I think it was Kundra's car before.
