Is the 3rd pedal a foot rest?
Because it is an automatic and it can't be a clutch.

The gearbox looks manual to me...

No it isnt.
See the diagram on the left of the gearbox.
Just like it is there in other automatic mercs and bmws.

well i dont know about the speed limit .. and yes the third pedal is a footrest..
as a matter of fact i havent even touched the AMG/Sport button as yet.. the car in normal settings itself seems overpowered and very raw..

Obviously
With a 5.5 Litre engine ( Thats what it is i suppose ) you wont want to go into the performance settings especially on Indian roads. As soon as you floor the pedal to the metal, the next red light or stoppage or traffic comes up.
