Well this car i doub't would need any introduction. I am runnig out of words and adjectives to describe the car. The CLS class has always been one of the best looking modern Mercedes Benz cars. With the AMG guys working on it, it becomes pure visual orgy. You'all have to see the car in person to feel what i am talking about. Lift the really heavy hood and there you have in front of you, one the most enticing engines in the world, also really good looking to say the least. Fire her up and the V8 comes alive instantly, the sound almost making me go numb at my feet. The wonderfully crafted AMG exhaust's producing one of the best exhaust note's i have ever heard. The wonderful red colour Designo leather comforts you to another level while the flappy paddle gear box gets the boy racer out of you.

wow thats one killer we have there
is this car bought or is it for display?

Killer machine!! 6.3L engine and tonnes of attitude it exudes!
Not a big fan of the white color though.

Wow !! a lovely car & in mumbai too. :)

tyre size 285/35 ZR18.
@tyre gurus... why ZR instead of our regular R-s ?

Dont like the wheels one bit. IMHO they should have been bigger and white

any bigger & it would have been ugly & rough. Why should they be white ? That is just your preference. :)

Thats one awesome looking car.
Yup me too having the same question; is the car bought? Some how from a distance the alloys just don't seem to gel with the overall look of the car., though they look good in the very first pic.

yummy. awesome. love the rear but the head lights look a little odd IMO.

Aha the CLS 63 AMG...it has a 6.2L engine, but generates 630NM peak torque!
That makes it a monster...If I'm not wrong, the car has been bought, and I believe I know who the owner is...[He was telling me about this at the Mumbai Speed Run]

So it's finally here then

Nice car. One of those perfect anyday, anytime, anything cars.

Z is the highest speed rating available. It was used for over 150 mph, but then cars started to go much faster anyway. So they introduces ZR xx xxW or ZR xx xxY. If the tyre reads 285/35 ZR18 xxW, it will do over 270 kmph. If that W is changed with a Y, it will do over 300 kmph.

but in the pic it does not say xx xx W or xx xx Y all it says is ZR18??

The wheels are the perfect size and finish for this car.
You're entitled to your opinion, ofcourse, but I have to comment on the white.

They wouldn't go down well - not a chance. In fact, they'd be outright ugly.

These are Y rated tyres. It depends on the manufacturer. Some (eg. Bridgestone) will inscribe the rating right after. Others (eg. Continental) might have it in a more subtle area, in a smaller font.

Black would have been a killer

The tyre does say "Y" on it, it's in the line below the size and ZR rating.

Also WRT the wheels...AMG is AMG...nuff said!

Isnt this the model thats rumored to be in Cochin?
