The owner was not available to meet, but met his relative and i did get a feeling he was getting flexible in the price. I have a strong feeling this diwali would be good for the W140. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I only look and talk for a car when i have all the finances in order, both pre and post delivery brother . I have spoken to the dealership also for a rough cost of bringing the car back on the road and the amount given was not something from the lower end of the spectrum. I have also compared the cost to the service billing of a running S600 provided to me by them. To sum it up i would be paying a little more than what i spend to buy the car to get it on the road again. Thank you for your wishes and yes this Diwali would surely be memorable and electrifing if i do manage to get the car.

Oh so finally this car is one sale. I remember seeing this car almost everyday in Khar a few years back. The owner also owned a W126 S Class as well and a white Porsche 911. The car back then was in immaculate condition and may still be if it is still with them.

Speedy, This car has film connections, right?

The car is in the JVPD scheeme and is in immaculate condition. It has been 14 years and the car has done only 25,000 geniune kms. I do hope someone deserving gets the car. I believe the car has been purchased by a dealer now, cause its advertised by one. What happened to the porsche and which one was it?

I presume it would have filmy connections. I can find out.

Not sure what has happened to the 911, but I guess he's got a H2 and a Cayenne S now. The white 911 has been discussed here - Pics : White Porsche 911 in Mumbai.

Speedy when I called him he said he is onwer and not a dealer! Is V12 talking about the submerged 993?

Whoever considers/interested in the S500 ensure/check she is not flood damaged and papers!

Any pictures Akshay? I think it must be the M.A. car, Its in greyish shade and can be mistaken as the same colour as mine. Even the S500 pics i posted is in the same shade and for a minute i thought it was the same colour as mine. Will find out who owns this 600.

That S500 is prefacelift so the badge should read 500S/SE if it is really a 500 what with so many 280's mostly maskerading as 500's pathetic. Just completely debadge it like in EU if you are so ashamed of 280/want to show what big guy you are!
