Found these pics on my hard drive today. I remember they were sent to me by a friend more than a year ago. This is the same DL registered 599 which is posted above. As per MORTH (Ministry Of Road Transport and Highways), this car has been blacklisted for the following reason "T/O Reversed to Pre-RO order"

Does anyone know what that means?

This is the same car that was being done up near your place. It has HP plates now. I feel the DL plates might not be real.
