Went to the launch at Auto Hangar this evening. That car has an exhaust note to DIE for! Having said that, and since I am making the obvious comparison to my M3, the rear leg-room is quite bad, especially considering the car has FOUR doors. I guess nobody really gives a damn about the rear leg-room though!

Mohan told me that the car costs around 78.5 ex-showroom. He did mention that there were a couple of "packages" that they recommend (of course!) that add approx. 3 lakhs to the ex-showroom price. So it should be around 4.5 Lakhs more costly than the M3 if you include the optional packages, not 20 lakhs more. One of the options is an LSD.

I like the look of the car from the front, the rear still doesn't do it for me.

KBK, i am sure u ruined the launch by parking your m3 right outside the showroom. A lot of potiential buyers probably headed straight to the BMW dealership instead

I'v read and seen the test drives of the C 63 AMG. It's an amazing car and has an even more amazing engine. that engine is the one that'll convince one the most to buy that car.

one piece of advice from Jeremy Clarkson was never to turn the Traction Control Off. else you're gonna be a drift king.

As for the price i think one should compare with the price of the M3 Saloon ( i don't know it myself. ).

Yup,it's 78 lakhs ex-showroom.Ridiculously overpriced, I think.

There is no C 63 AMG Black.

There is the CLK 63 AMG Black Series.
