If i am not wrong CLK Black Series is more of a track car than on road car.
It is a hoot to drive too but C63 is more of a road car than track car.
Correct me if i am wrong!!

Also black series is more costly than c63. I would love to own c63 one day but with a black paint rather than white one. What other options for paint are available?

And the three pointed star on the grille looks awesome and way better than one on the boot. I know both are of different package as in sport and executive, but then also i would prefer the one on the grille.

The Black Series is a road version of the DTM cars. Awesome car , but the tranny on it is a BIG disappointment. Like most merc performance cars, its more of a Tourqey machine than a high performance ' Sports Car' (You tech people know what I mean! )

I had actually compared the on road price of your M3 (82ish) with the onroad price of the C63 (97ish) posted by CLS_55_AMG in another C63 AMG thread.
After your above post did some research and analyzed that your car is Pune registered, so you may have saved some amount on Mumbai Octroi and remaining differences could be be of the options opted for.

Finally the M3 saloon is about 1500 BP cheaper than the C63, so you are right that the landed cost of C63 would be about 3 laks more than the M3 with 0 options and nowhere close to 20 laks more which I posted. My apologies.

So here's the all important question.
Which car would you guys choose? The M3 or the C63?
If given a choice, I would be lost. The C63 offers amazing performance, in a subtle and more practical manner whereas the M3 is cheaper, and more drivable.
Audi needs the get the new RS4 FASTTTTT!

@ecksreturns - I mean the RS4 not the RS6.
The current RS4 comes with a 4.2L V8 and I don't know much about the new one.
Here's a pic of the current RS4.

The RS4 production has ended my friend. Only the Cabrio's are produced and they too are being phased out.

The RS6 is its successor.

I am a RS4 owner as well.

@ecksereturns - the RS6 is based on the Audi A6 and is in no way the successor to the RS4. The RS6 is a M5 competitor.
The RS4 posted above is the B7 (model no.) RS4 and is due to be replaced by the B8 RS4 which is based on the new Audi A4.

fantastic car.One of the best AMG ever produced. It is better than the M3 saloon. In the future a Black series might come as well for the C63 AMG.I know there is the pack performance avalaible too.Another good AMG is the new SL63 AMG.Expect AM's to get better every year.
