Was just curious, do you keep the A/c ON while driving at such speeds in these supercars?

I drive a Honda civic manual and have noticed a considerable improvement in pick up with the A/c OFF.

P.S : Superb videos

P.S P.S : what do you do man ? those cars are so awesome !!

Was just thinking, are you trying to compare a Lamborghini Murcielago with a Honda Civic?

In other words, a ultimate sports car with a good passenger car?

Awesome videos. The sound of the beast is making it much more crazier.
I am waiting for your another run video. This time try to arrange the video from the start to end of the runway.

Having the air-con on will not affect a sports car the way it affects an econo car because of the vastly higher torque and hp being produced by the engine. Having said that, the car probably has a mechanism to automatically disable the air con compressor under hard acceleration anyway, though I may be wrong.

@kbk_75 : Thanks for the info. I'll try to google about any such mechanism

@GoodDevil : Just tried to elaborate using an example from my own experience .

I haven't done the math on it yet . But I drive the car 2 or 3 times in a month , so it runs fine for a couple of months on that fuel .

Currently I drive the new gen Honda CRV. Should be getting a new daily driver by the end of may. Tossing between the Audi R8 / R8 V10 / SL 63 / new 997.II Porsche Turbo.

EDIT :

" Coming Soon - R8 V10"
Hell yes! Good god that has to be the sexiest car out there right now!
If I visit Chandigarh, can I come by and stare your cars for a while?
