i agree with you. but who is to explain this to the LAW. the labourers who died were there to build a house on Cater RD. they should have been Provided accomodation inside the premises and not use the foothpath as a house and bed. this again i would say Wrong place wrong time. but alas this is India.

so let me understand the situation - a VERY expensive car in India gets demolished and no one seems to know anything? Some how that just doesn't add up.

I'm planning to visit the back of the City Bakery in Worli this weekend and will report back what i find if anything.

I still cannot figure out why one in his / her right senses has to take a turn at that speed on a PUBLIC road.

This just has to be the driver's fault. A car that's so advanced and has all sorts of driving aids can crash only if the guy at the wheel does something ridiculous. On roads as unpredictable as Mumbai's one has to be extra careful while driving an exotic.
Very sad.

Damn, this is really bad ! Is it the same LP that took part in some rally, where Poonawalla's Gallardo SE was there too ?

Feeling really bad for this beauty. Probably one of its kind of crash in India.

Update from a friend: The crash happened a while back and now the car is re-structured and is on sale. And the asking price...3.5 crores.
And guess what, the car is lying at some small time garage in Bhayander. Have asked him to click some pics. Will post asap.

Also, is'nt this the same car which our member S600 Benz was talking about?

Thats a nasty crash all right.

I am surprised how almost none of the bhp'ians knew of this. Luckily for the owner they didn't, else the engine would be missing.

What a ridiculous price to ask for!

First he crashes the Murciélago, then leaves it under the bridge, now asks for 3.5 CR for it! You can buy a brand new one from Lamborghini India for less than that.

The guy doesn't deserve this car!

On a VERY SERIOUS NOTE, did that guy REALLY buy this car?
How can anybody treat his car (..and that too an expensive one) like this?
Beats me!

What driving aids do you speak of?
That car is very easy to lose control of if you have no idea what the limits of the vehicle is/are and have no experience.

I had someone visit the garage behind the City Bakery in Worli. Apparently the car belonged to _______ who was killed last month.

Not sure if that is true but this story still does not add up.

^ Exactly. Typical Lamborghini style is to keep you at the end of the seat. They certainly are NOT easy to drive. That being said, it still is way better than a diablo in that respect.

Owner's mind needs reconstruction along with the car

this should be a lesson to the owner, there is no doubt about the fact that this accident is a result of the driver
