Yes its a Z3. What is it about the blue registration plates? Is it an embassy vehicle with a UP registration?

Spotted this RR Ghost today - the second Ghost in Hyd -never saw an RR accelerate so fast!!! Awesome!!!

The GL looks nice except for all the chrome on the rear.
Love the exhausts though. They looks neatly finished.
