And to put an end to the Taxi argument, I'd like to point everyone's attention to the fact that both the Phantom and the Bentley have AP _ _ B_ (0000).

If you still haven't understood, taxis in Hyderabad (A.P.) have numbers that go AP _ _ T_ (0000), to show that it's a taxi. If you observe the Audi TT taxi pic that I put up a few pages back, you'll see that the number is AP 9 TV (0000), and the number plate is yellow with black letters.

Taxi regn. series start with T_. Autos, buses and lorries too have regn. series that start after T. The previous letters are reserved for cars.

Hope that clears all the confusion.

Yes, there was such a scheme some years back, I saw an article in the "Buinessworld", if I'm correct. Might be around 1998- 99. It as an article about self driven rental cars, the ones like we get from Hertz, etc. Don't know the present status, though.

The owner's staff had a tough time trying to control the crowd.Felt the pain in their faces wen the ppl were sitting on the car and posing for pics..

No wonder why there were no Lambos. I would never bring my to a event like this.

I doubt if this car realy belongs to Nag. I think this one is someone elses why would it be UP registerd and most of these were temp registered.

I realy dout their ownership claims.

While driving to work this morning, I saw a White Lambo Gallardo in Banjara Hills.The road which leads to Hyundai Lakshmi Service Center.

It was parked on the left at a accessory shop and was being attended by some people there. Dont know the exact road no of banjara hills.
