On a trip to Karnataka. Been travelling around different places and never once seen a Mercedes. And when I did see one, it was somewhere near Yellapur just when we exited a BEAUTIFUL National Park Road. Not a C, E or even an S, but a Mercedes Benz CLS. Sported an embossed KL plate. Managed a pic, will post it once I get back.

cls are fairly common in delhi, mostly 350, but some 500s too. but strangely, some of them are driven by drivers and the owners sit at the back... if you want to sit at the back of a cls, why not buy a base s class instead? pricing would not be too far apart, would it?

the base s class and the cls 350 are almost the same price. have seen alot of the cls 350 too. the rear seats of the car due to the design is crammped for a tall person. the cls is more a owner driven car then have a driver driveing it. there was a cls350 and a 500 for sale.

thats the first cls 350cdi i have heard of on the roads. guess the owner wanted to save some bucks on the fuel, smart fellow.

i spotted a cls 350 black colour driven by the driver and driveing like a complete mad man, his boss was not there so he was playing with an expensive toy. i thought he was going into some cars on two occasions. you cant get reliable drivers these days

Someone was talking about prices. the cls 350 when actually bought with even a few basic options comes to about 80-90. The 500's come in at about 1.1-1.5. so i'd say you can get a pretty damn well loaded S 320 at around the same price. But the cls 500 is honestly a beast of a car. Its actually a bit too fast for delhi roads! because of the crazy pick up, i've busted my airmatic shockers hitting potttttttt holes at high speed. So it might be better to go for the standard option. As for a driver driving a cls and sitting in the back... haha! but i often sit in the passenger seat while being driven.
