No the SL55 AMG featured in the tv show is the same silver/chrome SL55 which is there at the SpeedRun every year. The actor Abhay Deol was just featured with the car thats all.

well u can seat 2 more people in ur 'sports' car! and i think its a better looking car as well.
Also,i reckon the prices of the CL have gone up as they new model has been launched,while the SL is still the same.
From what i remember the SL was always more expensive than its CL counterpart.

Spotted Spidey's SL last week. Its still as spanking as it was 2 years back. Im not sure if he's got it repainted though. There was not a single scratch on the car. Now thats a tough thing in Mumbai.

I guess, CL is a little more spacious than SL and a bit more heavier. And maybe the suspension is a little more softer compared to the SL. And obviously the design is different.

The SL is a 2-seater whereas the CL is a 2+2 seater.

The SL is a 2 seater but it does have a rear bench.

Speedrun one was the one which was painted to chrome later.. Its still in Bombay.

Hey,

There is also a red one i keep on seeing in juhu. I dunno who it belongs to but its a red SL (not amg) with the 5 hole design rims. Have seen it standing outside sanjay khan's bunglow a lotta times.

Also have seen sunny deol driving a silver SL. That has the normal 5 spoke design i think.
