The gold SL55 is totally clean now. Its in mint condition, one of the best i have seen till date. Looks as if its just out of the showroom. Will try n post pics

If i'm not mistaken, Mihir owns a golden SL55 with multi-spoke wheels. Not sure if its the same one that was impounded by the DRI or this may be another one. I guess the below car belongs to Mihir :

The one that was impounded doesnt have a Panaromic roof..atleast i dont remember seeing in the pictures. The pictures are posted on some thread.

I guess all SL55's come with a panaromic roof as a standard fitment.

The pics of the care being taken on the truck have been deleted from the original topic.

i dont think the panoromic roof were standard on the SL55. Check out some pics of a 2005 example.

Hmmm...Thats an interesting pic heavyfoot. I always thought the panoramic roof was a standard fitment on the SL55. Anyways, theres one more way to distinguish between between the impounded SL and the golden one posted above. The pillars. The golden one posted above has the pillars painted in black. Can anyone post pics of the impounded car?? Rehaan, have you saved those pics?

i know we are dragging this topic..but the SL55 which was impounded was silver right? Atleast Balenopower who started that thread mentioned that it was silver.

it was the gold one that was impounded. and there is only one gold 55. so thats it.

SInce the pics were taken in the night or late evening, i guess balenopower may have been confused with the color. I had saved the pics of the car on my HD, but it got formatted.
