Mercedes W126 300SD 1983

One of the finest cars around. This is what Mercedes Benz is all about. The W126 had so much character. Sadly the same cannot be said about the current generation of Benz cars. A Long Term Ownership report please.

The 500 SEC is my alltime favourite from the Mercedes stable followed by the SD. Your car is gorgeous and must be a dream to drive. Congrats on maintaining it so well.

beautifully maintained 280s you got there, what milage does it have on the odometer, my 300sd has 270k ,

the w126 i have seen since my childhood.what a car.pristine condition.
i love the alloys of the vehicle.
what do you say guys?
forgot to mention LHD californa model.

W126 300SD or SDL were made ONLY as LHDs. There were no RHD models ever made.

I have seen one car in Poona converted to a RHD crudely but have also seen an import from the UK (where they excel at converting LHDs to RHDs) which was fantastically done. If one did not know that these were only made as LHDs one would never know.

This 300SEL is for sale. Don't under estimate it by its dusty laying, its in good condition & interiors are well kept. Its at Blore now!
