was heading to oscar collection (irla) around 4:30pm. after crossing D.N. Nagar police station, a yellow car which was parked next the "The Club's" entrance got my attention. i could barely see it in the traffic. but when i came close, i was glad that it was a Mitsubishi FTO. the car was in superb condition with a yellow paintjob. my uncle had a grey fto a year ago before he sold it, but this was surely not the same one & looked much better in its strong yellow color. i took a u-turn, parked my car the opposite lane & my phone cam was ready to go~




i actually waited for 10-15 minutes so i could catch up with the owner & hear the baby, but he never showed up. the FTO is the RHD version of the mitsubishi eclipse which is 2nd in my dreamcar list. ;) (1.supra/2.eclipse/3.rx-8)

Nice pics dude and nice phone cam there. Bharat Dabholkar has an FTO of a similar colour I think. I wonder if its the same one. He had souped it up from what I have heard

BTW what phone cam is it? you got 1280*960 pixels resolution on a phone cam? is it the 7610?

thanks dippy & harrie. Sony Ericsson S700i. its the best cam-phone out yet (1.3 mp with 262k colors). my dad uses 7610 (1mp/65k colors). wait for samsung 500 (5mp/?colors) :D

coming back to the topic, the Mitsubishi Eclipse sells as the FTO in the UK market (RHD). it basically has the same specifications as the eclipse.

i think you are talking about the Red Mitsubishi 3000GT if i aint wrong.

Yes seen couple of red ones around Bandra Santacruz myself. The 3000 GT is much bigger

Seen a red FTO zipped around my college plenty of times especially in the morning around 9ish, seen a girl driving it.

right dippy. the 3000gt is much bigger than the fto & i think it has roll'up headlamps.

hey i remember seeing this car pass me once i tried catching up to it but it was too fast.didnt even know the name but now since i saw the pics i realized its the fto.

Have seen this car quite a few times. Belonged to Choksis. Not sure if he still owns it.
