On 18 October 2008 I was in BMW showroom just for to see all the BMWs in real life and lucky enough that on that day only they have received an M3(my dream car) so I clicked some photos with it, yesterday I was more lucky that I got a chance to park my car just besides a white BMW M3 on Shivranjani Cross Roads. It was looking awesome on road. Pls enjoy it (Sorry for poor quality of pictures)

spotted this superb merc near Rasmadhur crossings near CN school, was badged with Cama motors, so a used merc,looked superb likea coupe but couldnt get pictures.Anybody seen that car.

@Hiren. I know who own that white M3.

That M3 has HAMANN SPORT REAR MUFFLER 4 TAILPIPES & 20" OZ Alloys. Hamann Exhaust Note is quite addictive.

yeah, will try to click one next time if seen again.Cama motors seems doing good business in their reselling of seconds imports as well as brand new.Many imports seen with Cama badge.

@nisarg, its really nice that you know the person who has having my dram car,can you give some hint that who the great person is?? I am really interested to know the people who can afford all those expensive beauties, what business do they do etc...
And if possible I really hope to have a hand on that(M3)..

wow man thats quite a list on single move.surely they are doing really great in imports so atleast do check with them.Also you can try and meet the owner of Panchvati Auto on SG Highway who also deals in second imports and has quite a good contacts.

I was surprised to read that VW Beetle got 12 confirm bookings before its launch in Ahmedabad...

i did heard for 6 bookings but 12 is a surprise.Wow its growing and spending as well.

Guys,

just got back from the launch event at VW Ahmedabad. Checked out the Beetle and the SUV.

12 bookings is correct. 6 deliveries confirmed, out of which 2 are already done. So both pieces of information are accurate. Also the person there informed me that they have 4-5 almost confirm orders for the SUV.

He also mentioned the Launch date of POLO as 10th Jan 2010 and deliveries to commence from Feb mid onwards. As per him the price bracket is 5.5 to 8 lacs. 1.2 petrol, 1.2 diesel & 1.6 petrol. Tried to get him into talking but he just wouldnt speak more.

As per today's Ahmedabad TOI edition VW Ahmedabad dealer principal told that there are 22 confirm booking for New Beetle and 3 confirmations for Touareg.
