That Orange R8 is Audi India's Media/Test Drive Car, not sure of the other cars.

There is someone in the silver R8!! Look at the HMSL, it is on!

What are they trying to do by letting the engine run when the cars are submerged under so much water?!

That's because of short circuit due to water ingress. You can see the headlights on for the orange R8 (lights on the Q7 doors). You can read about a similar experience shared by GTO below.

- My bhabhi's Grand i10 was affected by the floods in our lane. Even the cupholders were filled with water :Shockked:. Strangely, the brake lights stayed permanently on (without even starting the car). Accessed the fuse box and put the master switch off.

A look up on the registration number says that at least one R8 belonged to VW themselves. They are registered in their names and I hear that they were used for "media" purposes. It is possible that they left their cars outside and customer's cars inside.

The silver R8 is a customer car

Damage looks serious. Hope no one was injured.

I think the building in the background read "Piramal Chambers".

A friend sent me a pic of same car

All these cars from the picture seem to be a the Audi service station in Kalina. Really Sad

A Merc G55 driven by Tollywood/sandalwood actors / son of some influential industrialist as per TV has crashed into an Omni on midnight at South End Circle in bangalore. Here's a screenshot from the news

The news also says they were under influence of drugs when the crash happened.

Its a G63 AMG. I have a video of the car after the crash, but not sure if I should share it.

Saw this parked on the corner near the Patalamma street at 0900. Someone was in the driver seat and a couple of police speaking to him.

Go ahead, if TV folks can broadcast, why not you!

Here are the pictures. If you are rich and influential, even you and your damaged car gets pampered. Morons!!!
