That's the TD car of the Cochin Mercedes dealership. Maybe a TD went wrong?

re: Supercar & Import Crashes in India

This seems to be a very bad few days for supercars/exotics in Kerala.
First the Ghost getting a run-in with the cops, then the Aston Martin and its gear box issues and now the C63 :(

re: Supercar & Import Crashes in India

It happened during a test drive at Kottayam.

Here is another pic which seems to indicate another vehicle was involved, going by the paint stains of course.

I adored this car, still recall the thunderous V8 from our Athirappally drive with it :(

Yup, I was about to ask about the same, looks like a rear end collision.

I wish they would repair it but that looks like a total Wreck, the Engine would have survived but look at that front End. That looks beyond rescue.
Hope they do their best.

re: Supercar & Import Crashes in India

Vish, was it the sales rep who was driving the car? If so, they deserve it. I pass their showroom daily and the way they drive calls for an accident waiting to happen. Why do they want to risk others on the road. If they need to drive rash, let them get a private road and not on the NH. I saw the same car couple of days back easily clocking triple digit figures in a short distance.

Yes, from official sources, its the TD went wrong somewhere in Kollam..
car was taken back to dealers workshop

From official sources, this accident happened during a TD, the prospective customer tried to avoid a collision with some other vehicle on a deviation but went out of control!
The car has been taken to dealers workshop and replacement parts need to come from germany!

The BMW X6 involved in a crash with Lancer and Ritz.

Heard that, it was the Lancer guy's mistake here. Lancer, while overtaking at a curve, hit the X6 and then the Ritz.

Sad sight, and very unfortunate! What I'm really wondering right now though, is what the owner of the X6 is going to do, because judging by the plates on it, it is on carnet right now

re: Supercar & Import Crashes in India

Sad to see the AMG in such a state! How did the front right and rear left side of the car got damaged together ? Did it hit the road divider and got rear ended on the left side ? Confused!

Looking at the plates, I guess the owner has half his cars in trouble by now...
