The reporter says that it rolled 10 times. Must be around 140+.
according to the reporter High Speed+Heavy rain+out of control = crash..

A few queries :
Did the newspapers precipitate the accident?
Is the behaviour of the driver of the car very good as compared to the behaviour of the local media personnel or the citizenry?
Why is the KSEB electric post silly?

Going by your post, I might just get the notion that you are in a way justifying the accident, and are approving the road manners of the driver who caused it. Also it seems that being financially well off absolves you of any misdemeanour.

I thought that a misdemeanour is a misdemeanour, regardless of your financial status and that the law should be the same for all. Or should it not be so?

Regards

I didnt suppoet the merc fellow. I said what is happening general here. If you want to undertsand anything about it ,keep on thinking. And also i'm not very high in financial status. And the info i posted has been given to me by a friend mine from that area.

A really sad sight indeed! Why is the driver lying injured on the road when a Ambulance is waiting just beside? Makes me remember the movie dialogue that goes, "With great powers, comes great responsibilities!"

@shreyas - Thats a Bolero dude.

After seeing the video and the state of the driver NO WAY the car was doing 140. It can be easily around 190-200 km/h(I dont know about the roads, if 200 is actually possible there). Just pathetic to see the wipers still running. Its like the last few breathes that the Bently is taking. Feel sorry for the driver if it was really his fault.

A Bentley Continental Flying Spur in that state is just heart-breaking! And what's worse is the driver/occupant lying on the road shell-shocked and in a semi-subconscious state. It's quite obvious that he wasn't ready for it and is still dazed! And judging by the damage, IMO he was going much faster than 140-150 km/h.

Any news on the driver of the Bentley? And it's ironic which paper a 'Bentley' accident appeared in...

EDIT: Sorry, just saw the other thread. Man, that guy's in a bad condition!

I feel really sorry seeing the state the driver is in. His leg is in very bad shape.
Let us all realise that we are human first & petrolheads later.

POssibly the only Bentley accident in the whole world

I dunno but could this accident be the only Bentley accident in the Whole world. I've never heard of any other Bentley crash anywhere else yet. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

This guy could have gone more than 160 + (dead sure) to turn a Bentley into that.
