hey gaurav,

sorry to disappoint but thats just a badged S55. It does not have the front AMG kit and the rear i guess should be having 4 exhausts.

Also have some reservations on this S55 too. The clear lens lights came in 2003. Also 2003 onwards the S55 came with 4-oval exhausts. So if this is a 2003 model, it aint an S55. And if its a pre-2003 model, then it could be an AMG with new lights.

Also, the fact that this one does not have sensors integrated into the rear bumper point out that this may not be an S55. Also, the S55 is supposed to have body colored door handles.

thats what i said ashran. the pre-2003 models had twin exhausts (one on each side). Also the pre-2003 models did not have the tail-lights and clear-lens lights as posted in Gaurav's post.

So this is either a pre-2003 model S55 with the new lights. Or its a new S350 badged as an AMG.

ok sorry for my ignorance but quad exhausts = 2 exhausts side by side and twin exhausts = 2 exhausts in different ends(Gaurav's pic)right¿

Quad exhausts = twin exhausts on each side.
Twin exhausts = one exhaust on each side.

This one, methinks that this one is a pre 2003 model too.... I was just going through the official S class saloon brochure...theres no mention S55 not having body coloured door handles as standard...also the parktronic(for which you'd require those sensors) too is an option on the S55 and standard only on the S600...In short this one IS A S55 ///AMG!!

Seen a genuine silver S55 AMG yesterday in Andheri (E). 4-exhausts, V8 Kompressor badges, AMG wheels (same as below), front AMG bumpers and brake calipers. It was too good to be a kit-AMG S Class.
