I've see some real hot women in this car. It could have been another car with the same colour though. What's so popular about it?

I don't know about the women yaar, lol. But AFAIK this is the only maroon Bentley Flying Spur in Mumbai. If you saw a bright red one, that one belongs to Mallya. Maybe that had the women you were talking about And I only said popular because people keep seeing it and posting pics of it here, thats all.

It belongs to the owner of a travel agency on Outer Circle next to the Petrol Pump. Note the "Commercial Vehicle" aka "Taxi" number plate in white colour!

There's also a Black Phantom in Delhi which is on a "Taxi" number with white plates.

Yes, and that's what I'm trying to point out. Both the FS & the RR have been imported under the EPCG quota (Travel Agency & Hotel) and instead or running yellow plates (as is the rule) they're running on white plates.

Epcg

That's the rage in Bangalore. 2 out of 3 Phantoms are registered as taxis. Worst part is that they sport the taxi plates. Waiting to see if the third will also give in to the 'cab craze'.

Not sure if already posted on previous pages...but there is a tobacco family 30 odd Km from Kolhapur who have a Silverish Phantom (6 months old) and latest 4 door Bentley similar to one above. They have Landrover Disco 3, Porsche, Ferrari, Hummer H3....getting a lambo and are thinking of getting Bugatti Veryon...not sure how though..just say it on a oversea trip. Not mention a whole host of vintage cars in their factories in the neighbourhood! Also a LHD New Beetle and host of LHD cars old and new!!

EPCG scheme / hotel license - Black and yellow number plates
EPCG scheme - for a travel agent / tour operator - Black and white number plates.
Both have export obligation under EPCG and "Actual user condition"

Didn't the DRI screw such guys a few years back along with Sunil Shetty? They still haven't learned, have they?
