Hi Guys,
Happened to see a beauty Lambo Diablo being driven by some Arabs last night on Marine Drive. The car had some foreign number plate but the guys were really ripping the car. Also spotted was a Maserrati Metallic Red. I think it belongs to Mallya.

the lambo count is really becoming very interesting. this cud be a LHD Diablo i guess. And the Maserati you saw could probably be the Merak. Thats one of the most well maintained Maseratis's in Mumbai.

Last evening i was walkin past carter road when i heard a roar,a roar wich stopped all action and all eyes were on this breathtaking red lamborghini...not sure if it was a murcielago or a gallardo...brand new with a hr registration..i managed to get a pic of the rear..will upload it soon

Viper, i am guessing you saw the Diablo with the Dubai number Plate.

i dint know this one even existed in mumbai man. good pic of it. looks really nice. i aint a maserati guy that much but thats a nice one for sure.

That Merak belongs to Vijay Mallaya. There is also another Maserati i had seen put on jacks in Juhu. The red Maserati Biturbo is currently at Team Motor Works.

The Merak is simply beautiful........true blooded italian!!! Was featured in the BSM sometime ago.............
The same Merak used to be in Bangalore 20 years ago during Vijay's wilder days. He used to beat the **it out of it. It was a faded red colour. Looks like he refurbished it and let it retire in luxury.
Beware of the biturbo - it is usually a lot of trouble to own and repair. TMW will have fun!
