I'm wondering how no one has yet commented on the first picture of this thread, The Brembo factory at Chakan.

Brembo - World renowed brake manufacturer, this plant near pune manufactures motorcycle braking systems under its Breco brand name. It will handle production of braking systems for small and medium capacity motorcycles.

Dippy - superb travelogue !! mind blowing and wish you more such travels

it was news to me that C & E class cars are painted at TATA MOTORS !!

the MCLASS looks classy especially with that uniquely fitted spare wheel in the tail gate

the narration is superb and the photography - mindblowing

the pictures on the assembly process is nothing short of "Discovery channel" material

thanks for posting

All the cars look great... But that black BMW M3 is just in another league. Looks freakin' awesome!

We were restricted to driving the AMGs inside the Plant premises only because just few days before our visit, an auto journo of a popular car mag crashed the CLS63 AMG pretty badly at Lonavla( trying to be over adventurous by turning off TC) so they have become quite strict now.

But we were happy since the roads inside the plant are great too as you can see in the pictures

dippy your thread and experience is nothing short of being called Mercedes Nirvana. Very few people have had a shot at something this good.

BTW who did the photography part ? I see some brilliantly composed images. Once again complete bling thread man, I am jealous .

Thanks rj. I agree it was total Mercedes Nirvana. I have never seen so many Mercedes cars in one place at one time ever in my life. Meeting Dr. Aulbur was also agreat experience. A perfect gentleman and very friendly.

The photos were clicked by my brother Kartik(Fireblader85) and the image composition was done by me.

I thought the SLK 55 also went through a fender bender during the first Delhi road show
