Let me guess security and the weather, would be the answer. This baby is classy for sure and a better choice than the GTR, not that it is a bad car or something but considering you got three sports one cruiser in comparrison would be nice. Drive safe bro.
A friend of mine has the White AM vantage in Bombay and a person i know has the Maroon one in Pune.
Speedy, I am not very fond of convertibles bro. I get a headache whenever I drive a convertible, so I stay away from em.

Karan, Congratulations on your new AMV8V.

I've been following this thread for quite long but I have never posted anything here, or rather, never got the courage to do so. As everyone here says, you have an amazing taste when it comes to buying these exotics. You're living your dream. Drive safe bro, and do post some more pics of the AM when you get time.

Just my 2 pence here ecks. No offence meant but the soundtrack of the v8 vantage is fantastic. and since you already have the Murcielago gracing your garage along with the M3 and the r8, do you really need more power from that aston?
But its your car, ur choice. Have fun. Awesome Buy

Just a little bit off topic, but I assume you were also talking about getting an AM dealership in India at some point. Is that still a part of your plans or you backed off from that?

Yes, the sound is fantastic and I am making it even more aural. And there is never a "enough power" feeling.

@ecks: Congratulations buddy!Thats a great buy!but i have a query, is there a service station by AM there? because theres none here in hyd,as a matter of fact the DB9 here gets taken care by the same mechanic my cars go to,hes a high profile mechanic who majorly takes cares of these kinds of imports, infact he has a SLK350 and an M3 for himself!didnt you like the traditional British Racing Green color for the aston?

can't stop myself ask what mods are being planned on it? knowing you, the plan must've already been running in your head.

Good Choice KD, I am glad that you chose the AM over the GTR, The AM has a certain charm that very few cars have, I have had the opportunity to see some exotics during my small stay in NZ & the sight of Aston Martin In NZ. was simply amazing.

I will hold the wishes lest the car choice changes again
