I guess it sure needs a change of registration number, not that it really matters (the 'spirit of ecstasy' and 'RR' badging on the hood/grille is enough). But when we have people bidding in lakhs for '000X' type of registration nos. for their accords and endeavours it is indeed quite surprising that the original owner of that Phantom did not bothered getting a 'VIP' registration for a car like that.

This Phantom belonged to a guy in Panipat. I have seen it a couple of times infact i have sat in the same car when it was bought..
