Great review Karan. Was it me, or was it a little sentimental? A Porsche at the age of 17? Looks like someone is living the life and continues to do so.

By the way, I'm most probably going to the US for further studies and I was planning to buy a car like a Carerra, GTR or M3. But I felt that these cars are only suited for 2 people, since the rear seating isn't as great. What would you say?

Carrera = No back seat space at all
M3 = easily seat people over 6 feet tall , comfortably, for long journeys
GTR = Will know in a couple of weeks.

You should definitely get hold of a legendary ferrari which also performs well like a F40 or something. Or you should wait till a new hardcore verion of the 458 comes out like the scuderia f430.

@eck: seeing that you are really interested in proper driver focused cars, you should think about representing India the next time ferrari decide to launch an FXX-programme

A ferrari would be added to the stable for sure , but which model and when is yet to be decided buddy.
Would that be the 458 Italia or the Scud or 599 ? 2012 Enzo =)

Ecks somewhere said that he doesn't likes the 458 Italia much so I guess it will be the 599 or may be the California. I know he's not fond of convertibles but then California's do have a steel roof so it won't be much of a problem.

Thats neat and expert work. So these wraps are tough enough to handle to elements - rain, dust, regular cleaning/washes, light nicks, insects that accumulate during fast drives etc ? Do they need to be replaced/redone periodically?

They can easily handle the natural elements. They need cleaning in a specific manner and time period. They do not need to be re-done , if installed professionally.

I think you won't be taking out the Zilla everyday as M3 is your daily driver so you won't have much worries with the wrap and thankfully CHD has far better roads than any other city in India but what about the scratches or slight nicks and nacks in the car that may happen in our driving conditions? Also I learnt from somebody that matte wraps act as a good resistance to minor scratches. Is it true?
