From what you guys are saying it sounds like a GTS or lower variant and not a GT-R.
Skylines are like any normal road car, only the GT-R is the famed one with the most powerfull bits. They even came in four doors - there was one in Indore with one of the smaller engine. Earlier models did come with inline-4s - R32 was the last if I am not mistaken.

Mate, I own a r33 skyline gts-t (RB25DET) and to counter your point- no it is not like any normal road car. The engineering difference between the gts-t and the gtr is the twin turbo and the all wheel drive (which most gtr drivers DETEST). My mate's gts-t makes over 300rwk, obviously heavily modified.

A stock gts-t with a RB25DET makes 187kw at the fly. a stock r33 gtr (RB26DETT) will make 208kw at the fly. Work out the difference. And think how much you'll need to modify the gtst to attain that much power as the stock.. you wont be looking at much. A simple 3inch turbo back would resolved that issue.

Conclusion - The gtr is not the ONLY famed version of the skyline. period.

And R32's came in inline 6 cylinder versions. Not inline 4 cyl.

Guys. I will cut the suspense short. No more questions asked, no answers given. The Silver / Blue Skyline - No:77 is very proudly owned by me. Wait till you guys see a 1070 bhp monster, sequential air shift transmission, LSD. There will be no car in ASIA close to it. It only runs on 116 octane .. yes 116. Available only in the US for drag racing.

Lucky guys can spot it late at night very occasionaly in Bangalore.

How do you source the fuel Sir,because I think you cannot get fuel[petrol/diesel etc] into the country from abroad[unless some special provisions/permissions].
